Current status: DYING.
I forgot how intense classes like this are - when they say full-time course they really mean it. Thirty hours a week of nothing but theory and learning new techniques. It's a lot to cram into the brain all at once. It's about the same amount of hours I worked at my part-time job, but I guess I'm feeling more exhausted after classes because I have to engage my brain a lot more than I have been for the past couple of years. Maybe the next time I'm out in the workforce and get the urge to take more schooling I'll remember this feeling and think twice about it? Nah, probably not. Can't wait until we get to the part where we learn bakery stuff though. That really looks like fun.
So yeah. Exhausted, but happy. And feeling pretty accomplished. Haven't poisoned anyone yet at least!
